PRP Therapy for Hair Loss
Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) — Natural Hair Regeneration
What Is PRP Therapy for Hair Loss?
Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy harnesses the regenerative power found in your own blood. A small blood sample is drawn, centrifuged to concentrate the platelets, and then injected into targeted areas of the scalp. The result is a highly concentrated serum rich in growth factors — PDGF, VEGF, EGF, TGF-β — that directly stimulate follicular activity.
At PROGEN™ Hair, PRP is frequently combined with our signature PC-MFU protocol to amplify absorption and follicular response, creating a synergistic effect that neither treatment achieves alone.

Who Is an Ideal Candidate?
PRP is highly effective for patients in the early stages of androgenetic alopecia (male or female pattern hair loss), telogen effluvium, and those looking to enhance the results of a hair transplant. It is not recommended for patients on blood thinners or those with certain platelet disorders.
